How does your product represent particular social groups?

I think STAC1E shows a representation of women as being undermined and controlled by men. Through out the centuries we as a society have created this stereotype that women must look after their husbands and obey him, without having a life of their own or being independent. STAC1E is a representation of that stereotype, until she fights back by stabbing her husband to death. This portrays a message to women that they shouldn't put up with being treated like that. Though we are certainly not suggesting that they should stab their husbands! The character of the husband we chose is very lazy and "shabby" looking, which represents a red neck, uneducated, lower class social group of men. The TV presenter we chose represents a cheesy, tacky american advert.
